I’m not sure if this forum is ready for russian humor. I can only link u NY Times article about really ugly story that hit the fan few years ago and started the meme.
After this incident there was some kind of bias in Saint P press so they brought more of this kind of stuff into public and russian publicist Alexander Nevzorov that is known for his cynicism started a meme calling Saint Petersburg - Raschleningrad, where Leningrad is the Soviet name of the city itself and Raclenin directly refers to dismembering. That’s why previously posted logo came to this as a very very black joke.
Also don’t get me wrong, Saint Petersburg is one of the most beautiful European type of cities at the whole world in the line with Paris, London or Amsterdam and i love it a lot!

Well I don’t think there’s anything wrong with sharing such, dark things and humor is part of life (and EVE lore as well as player interaction / roleplay) so should be fine.
Personally I find this interesting so thanks for sharing.
Also just as a note my only real exposure to Russian humor / culture is warlockracy’s videos, mostly.
Well I’d say for some people humor is the only thing that keep their sanity somehow intact if this makes sense.
