[CMC] Issuance of Censure

If I’m not mistaken the censure was based atleast partially on conduct within these very forums. It is definately understandable for an organized coalition to not release specific details on such a matter, it is also not unheard of for issues of what appears to be a relatively minor matter (unless you consider mean words on the galnet at the same level as treason) to be addressed in the same medium as where the transgressions against coalition standards actually transpired, simply to show a face of solidarity and efficientness on the part of said coalition.

Nerva , but the CMC may not see the IGS boards as a particular security concern Ms Jenneth. If the desired effect is achieved then that’s what matters. I admit that I am curious too, however.

Well, they should. Diana has been an ass to a lot of people and the current resolution reads as the CMC approving of her behaviour. It’s bound to piss someone off.

Namas, Ms Nieyli. Perhaps it is a you say. Telling me about it won’t resolve the issue though, will it?

See, here’s the thing. They haven’t done anything to resolve it. They’re not telling since there’s nothing to tell.

Ms Kim has been less active in the forums as of late, and her comments a bit more restrained. What is your evidence that nothing was done, Ms Nieyli?

She still has position within the CMC and the head on her shoulders.

Is that the only evidence you’d accept for something being done, Ms Nieyli? That seems pretty absolute and, since Ms Kim’s a capsuleer, only the loss of the CMC position would have a chance at being permanent.

Given her transgressions against State and fellow Statist, yes. Endorsing what she has down is downright criminal in of itself.

Still, how does telling me solve anything, Ms Nieyli? Verifiable evidence will need to be brought to the CMC. I have little to no influence on CMC command’s decisions.

To my understanding, evidence has been brought forward and ignored. Telling you doesn’t solve anything, true. It seems like talking to anyone won’t bring a solution forward, because one party is not looking for it

Ah, I see. I wish I could help you out there. I don’t know what I could do though in this case.

In, hindsight, I should not be surprised. A lot of similar happenings have been swept under the rug over the years. This is just the cherry on the top. At this point the CMC can be considered pirates, with a few unfortunate Statist caught in it.

So restrained.

So very restrained…

Well she seems to be restrained on using her voice as others would use their foot.

I’m sure she’d happily invite the entire republic to duel with her one by one in her home system.

In all fairness, this happend after my post Ms Ember. I had hoped that Ms Kim would use this as an opportunity to challenge herself. My disappointment is real, but unsurprising.

Can we just be glad she’s quieted down for a bit?
