Because I don’t do that to you? Inside the game, I can be a total jerk. I’m usually not, but sometimes. Here, is out of character. Real. I’m actually talking to you, as a person. I talk about the game, yes, but the game takes a back seat to real life. Your real life, and mine, and playing the game, in both our real lives.
It’s just a game. We should make it fair for everyone.

Well, they’re not. If we choose to have fair fights, and CCP chooses to up insurance to reasonable levels, so losses are a few days grind, instead of a month, for most, then random small gang pvp might return in scale.

Ah, now this is worthy of discussion . . .
Yes, it is a sandbox and YOU can do or try to do what you like. Thing is that holds true for the rest of us, as well. You may want fair to other players of the game a fair fight means both sides have made a mistake. They are in this sandbox with you and they want to play their way.
Me? I run an in game charity, most of the time, and help in rookie help chat. What I do NOT do is try to dictate how others should play the game. If they take a shot at me? I plan to shoot back. If I lose a ship on a roam? I was totally and mentally prepared for it. *Hell I am shocked when I come home in the same ship, sometimes)
There are people who try to control or make demands on how others should play . . . I tend to mock them then block them.
I make a practice of trying to listen to people and explain things in simple terms for them. If they have good solid ideas? then I try to help carry them to the appropriate folks.
Going back to your original post in this thread? Yes, we are real people. Yes some of us spend a lot of time trying to explain the game in our own way. And yes, some will get antagonistic if you seem to not be listening to reason. Some of us actually attend live events for this game, round the world. Even those we have shot or been shot by? Sit down and have a beer with them. Are we representative of the player base? heck no. You only see those of us speaking english. Who have the time and inclination to be in the forums (or, no don’t go there . . . r/eve on reddit) So this is a very specific subset of players in the game.
but all the same . . . welcome to eve
if you stay? you will likely become one of us or perhaps one of the folks who are well known for being argumentative in the forums (not a goal I would aspire to, myself)

Well, you said I was a racist. In my view that’s worse than being called an idiot. and don’t think I didn’t notice you using a German word in your insult to me. You’re very sensitive yourself but don’t seem to mind throwing disgusting insults at others. I believe there’s an English word for someone who does things that they themselves condemn.
