It is not a belief, it is an actual fact, when I joined the CFC I was told to put my out of alliance freighter pilots onto a list so that they would not get ganked in hisec. I was also told that it included CODE as blues. If you want to deny it then feel free, if you want to get all upset about it feel even freer.
I call them AG and will continue to do so.

The blue list that I knew of died years ago, and it wasn’t revived at any point.
