Players should be allowed to buy, sell and trade Neural Remaps the same as other pilot services.
Make Remaps available on NES. Allow players to EXTRACT bonus Remaps and sell them.

It’s another revenue stream CCP!
Eve’s economy is already pegged to Plex, SE, and injectors. This seems like another logical step.

Keep the 1 year bonus for sure, and just like players harvest and sell skills, offers skills to train remaps faster.

That would be easier. But then you can’t make ISK. Your namesake would agree.
