nice story. I just keep asking myself how in the world can any GM who actively plays the game or has even remote understanding of the game “reimburse” thousands over thousands of officer items, appearently without consulting any senior GM or his team for confirmation?

EVE GM doing EVE GM screw ups. News at 11. It becomes somewhat of a theme and the rate of incidents increases every year.
And people still wonder why players give CCP and its representatives flak for their stupid behavior and decisions.
