For the Amarr side there is an objective calling pilots to do Level 3 or Level 4 Amarr security agent mission. But my alt is quite new and not so far with standings to get level 3 agents. Is it possible to piggy-back in a fleet and get the objective done or need the toon do it themselves? Would be nice if it could be done with sharing in fleet, saves a lot of time with alts.

You will need to do the mission yourself, however you can ask have someone else with high enough standing help get you standings for that agent to unlock it faster.
