In the Launcher you can click the drop down menue [top right].
Then click âNetwork Diagnosticâ
That will tell you if you can connect to
Cloudfront [Amazon CDN] which hosts the launcher and all itâs resources
It will also test if you can easily connect to Cloudflare [different company]
who handle all the DDOS protection & backhaul for connectons to tranquity and serenity.
If you have issues with either of those then the problem is your ISP having good connections to some major networks but not others. e.g. good connection to google, but not AWS or Cloudflare.
This has been a semi common problem with some smaller ISPâs.
This was also a problem before CCP moved from being their own ISP to using Cloudflare.
If it keeps being a problem your only solution is to move to a ISP who does offer interconnect to more networks.
