Apart from selling to NPC buy orders, is there any other use? I’ve seen some players buying them up but apart from that have no idea.

Yes. When you collect enough, you can build your own capsule that you can enter into and use just like a regular capsule.

Obviously would need a BPC to do that and since there isn’t any available, the eggs are only good for selling and gaining points in the Agency Event missions.
Do some research guys and you can make a shite ton of isk
