I never recall being suicide ganked in high sec, maybe long time ago. The majority of how we get ganked greatly depends on how and where we play. I learned not to haul anything through Ahbazon. I learned to check the map. I learned never to use autopilot.
My people never said this to me, whoever told you that was so full of it, their eyeballs were brown. The space cops only respond after you have been killed. Kind of like real life, unless you are a soccer mom making and illegal U-turn.
Never seen it in writing from CCP? If this is the same “code” that says they won’t attack FREEPORTS, it isn’t worth reading, no one enforces “the code” and no one respects “the code”.
There is another PvP game where they send you to jail and you must wait real time or pay a fine to be released. I tend to agree the kill right system sucks, I don’t bother to use it.
