Again, its not a nerf, it’ just fixing an oversight that completely ruined the balance over the years, because the devs simply didn’t think about that speeding those kind of instatravel up has negative impact on an entire environment like Lowsec that always lived from the small gang roams and small/medscale fights for small and medium groups that don’t want to have all that blobbing and hotdropping of

I don’t know enough on how they work now… but maybe restriction on incoming/outgoing

Cynos limited to a respective neutral, or positive standing or contested space for incoming usage. Contested space may need some mechanic spelled out… is it a gang of 20-50-100, or some other mechanic.
(I think they already made some sort of mechanic to protect inner sov space and that contested mechanic really isn’t needed?)

Your thoughts about making it fair for low sec citizens is definitely on part with keeping living in low sec viable and needed.
