group if ppl from the same country, and we are all losing Connection at the same time. today its 4 times, (Norway) we are not living in the same area, and we are not using the same internett provider.

Cloudflare only has one colo in Norway: Oslo, Norway - (OSL) – so your connections would likely all end up there.
