Sorry. on macbook pro. still canât log in. any advise what to do?
My main problems seem to have started a few months ago but I know a few others havenât been able to log in that entire time even using dx9 mode which I am now forced to use again.
CCP I donât know what youâve been doing but it seems to me the problem is getting worse.
Customer service does nothing the e-mail addressâs are not functioning,now u can submit a ticket,but e-mail for support is a no go.
Iâm still experiencing this problem. Iâve tried everything to fix it.

I have White screen in louncher window and obviosly cant select the account

Valaraukar Okama I had the same problem. Try this EVE launcher login window not displaying correctly
It says that you will have to re-add your characters, however I found if I didnât delete the folder âQtWebEngineâ it fixed the problem and I didnât have to re-add my accounts.
Also instead of deleting folders, I find it is better to rename the folders so you can put them back if it doesnât help.
