So I’ve become completely bored with all the current games I’ve been playing and Eve has been on my mind lately. I missed the community/ politics of the game and how actions actually affect the game. Considering a return to try it out and see if it scratches the itch again. I’m obviously way behind and from the online reading today I’m feeling overwhelmed with all of it again.
So…since I’m admittedly lazy and just want to play and get into the Eve world again wondering if there are any corps open to helping a returning noob out. I have just over 27 mil SP and used to mainly fly Drakes and Scorpions (I think) during fleets. I think I was also training or got trained for stealth. No idea if any of those are even viable now. I spent most my time in null and enjoyed it. Looking for PVP with some PVE if it’s relevant and needed by corp. Would love to find active corp with someone willing to mentor me for a few days to get my head wrapped around things again and point me in right direction for progression plan. Not looking for any handouts or things like that, just some help figuring out how to get back into game and get into a corp.
I’m 43 with a real life but can usually squeeze 1-3 hours a night of game time in. I’m in the US Eastern timezone and usually start after 9PM when kids go to bed. I have TS, Discord, etc… that all gamers use so no issue there.
