Officially a “Corvette”, this is where we begin and learn and start our great adventure. Many would honor a mighty and unreachable ship like the Molok Titan. Some might name after elegant, skill intensive and fearful ships: Nightmare, Sleipnir, Loki, Jackdaw or Retribution. From mightiest war ship to most practical industrial, all will be blown up. If nimble in your expensive pod, you will be in the back end of space naked as a jay bird . The nearest Shuttle is fourteen jumps away yet the ship you started with is there in Station. Limping home in your Corvette, the circle is completed- you’ve learned another lesson. The Velator reminds us that we never stop learning.

Titans are the pinnacle of what a capsuleer can pilot in New Eden.
So unsuprisingly, the Avatar, the tankiest of them all, ends up being the most commonly used one of them all in our very own star cluster … And also the first one I acquired.
I’ve been playing since june 2015 and for a very long time never imagined I’d end up having one of those behemoths to play with.
The risk of dropping or gate camping with one of the most though after living killmail is quite exhilarating, I love it !
It feels rightful that one of your meeting rooms is named after it.
Plus it’s a giant space mushroom (if nothing else eheh), who can top THAT.
“Leeroy!” someone shouted. “Take the gate, in in!” says the Fleet Commander. The Fleet Commander, my Logi partner and half the fleet disconnects. “Fudgenuts” I said. One Scimi, two Vindicators, two Machs and a half burned Hyperion in the middle of two thirds of the Sansha nation. I cycled heat on 4 reppers, prayed my speed tank would hold and watched the red damage grow and my shields shrink. Little reps from the Macharials land. Six minutes later we are laughing like madmen- a pile of wrecks, one J-tagged Sansha frigate, smoke billowing off of every module we had . The rest of the fleet missed the best fight of the year. No one died, the Scimitar is just that good.
Violator - A ship whose name sickens capsuleers at the thought of it. One of the multiple unappreciated and unique corvettes. This ship is one of my favorites from my collection, due to it’s fun and simplistic design. Since most people do not seem to know about it, it is very easy to surprise someone with massive damage in such a little package. Nothing brings more fear and confusion then being ambushed and killed by such a tiny little devil.
Also, who wouldn’t laugh about being in a meeting at work in a place called the “Violator Room”?
Citizens of the State, rejoice!
One of the most aesthetically pleasing ship to exist in New Eden with a name befitting of one.
Leviathan isn’t just a looker on the battlefield. The name exemplify the meaning of being a
Leviathan. Sporting ridiculous resistance to shrug off the enemy of the state. Mounted with
superior missile weapon platform to decimate foes with extreme accuracy. Born from the
depth of Caldari’s culture, Leviathan bring fear to anyone who dare to challenge the Authority.
An unyielding beast who stand at the top of Authority and only on Leviathan’s back will our
sovereignty be secured. Caldari is what peak efficiency looks like.
I think this one is fairly obvious since clearly there’s going to be a very small room for those with a need.
If you have to go, you go to the WIDOW room.
My very first cruiser. I have a lot of history with this ship. When I first bought this ship and try to fit it, people told me it was a bad decision. They told me to me to get a Vexor, Vexor Navy Issue, Gila, or basically any other ship that is not Amarr. I was really sad and conflicted. Because I like how the ship looks, and I wanted to be a drone ship captain. After my experience with the Dragoon, of course. But at the time I had invested my time training on Amarr ship skills. To cross train to another race… such heresy…
So I decided to continue on using the ship anyway, and concentrate on training skills that will improved and upgrade the modules that I can use. I thought that, if this ship ever blew up, then I guess, ‘I have no choice but to buy another ship’, probably a different type of drone ship. So I fitted the Arbitrator carefully, made a really difficult decisions between passive tank/ active tank, shield tank/ armor tank, cap stable/ cap booster, all those choices that require nothing less than extensive reading. Too bad you can’t inject books in real life. But I persevered.
The Arbitrator is still in my hangar until today. I used it for security missions, ratting and combat anomalies. I even used it when the Abyssal came out. I now have other different kind of ships in my hangar, from mining barges to battlecruisers. I tried different playstyle, all funded by the Arbys, yours truly. Funny how I didn’t get Vexor, VNI, and Gila ship though, even though I’m already getting bigger ships than those. I supposed, its because Arbys is enough for me.
The Arbitrator. This ship is a reminder to me, where I became the arbitrator of my own destiny in the New Eden. I do what I want, and I decide how to fly my ship.
My first impressions of this ship weren’t good. For my taste, the designers had denied a few too many of the Prowler’s vital ship systems the comforting protection that armor plating offers. However, as a recent arrival in Providence nullsec, I needed a Blockaderunner and, having had received training only for Minmatar Transports up until that point, I had no other option. When it became time for my Prowler to deliver on the promises her classification as a Blockaderunner had made, she did not disappoint. Through the years we supplied roaming fleets with ammo, capitals with fuel and outposts with essential commodities. Her impressive performance made me grow to love her design. Now, ten years later, one rarely finds me flying any other ship.
A stalwart workhorse through out the history of the Caldari Empire and a respected name within the History of Old Earth… As a newbie I was a bit disappointed when I showed up for a Level 4 Mission or Fleet Support In my “Bad Ass” Battle Cruiser. Many “experienced” capsuleers seemed to look down their noses at my warhorse. With tenacity and experience during PVE, PVP, and with the diverse fittings the Mighty Drake can accommodate; it is still my go to hull for it’s Tank, Fleet Support, and the hail storm of missiles it can unleash unaffected by an enemies’ counter measures.

Vexor Navу Issue. Once most common species in the vast plains of nullsec, it is now almost drawn to extinction. It was a beloved prey for predators all over New Eden. They were so abundand that it was a miracle to find someone else. Many predators got so used to VNI diet, they couldn’t eat any other food. But nothing goes forever in the everchanging nature of EVE. A sudden mutation has altered VNI’s strengthes and weaknesses, leading to more resilience against predators, but less abilities in finding VNI`s most common food - rats. After the mutation a huge migration took place and now VNIs are mostly extinct. Yet even now a skilled hunter can sometimes find this prey in the nullsec grounds.
RETRIEVER…
How can one of the first mining barge not be named let alone nominated?
Mining has all ways been a way to get better ships and fittings, the retriever was one of the best ships to do so back in the day.
In 2009 we did not have the ships we do today and the Retriever was the work horse of the astro. fields
True story
While mining in Covryn with my Retriever 2 ships warped in on me, I hit my jump drive and over local stated Not to Day Numb Nu^s
When over local comes excuse please what is Numb Nu^s
I laughed so hard I fell out of my chair
After that how can a retriever not be nominated?
The most underappreciated ship of the Amarr Empire.
Since 2004 I have used this ship to haul cargo, move corporation assets, run blockades, complete missions, steal salvage, and mine Veldspar. Relatively inexpensive with a large cargo capacity, it can be used for short range cargo hauling or deep space transport. It is an incredibly useful ship that can be fit to handle a variety of industrial tasks inside the Amarr Empire, or out of it.
It reminds us all in New Eden that the newest technology isn’t always the best. Some things, like the Bestower, were built to last.
The birth of an empire starts with one person, and one ship.
The Venture class mining frigate is the ultimate entry level platform to build an empire with. Capable of mining almost any ore or gas, the Venture harvests the materials needed to build engines, weapons, and other ships. Alternatively, the ore can be sold to the highest bidder on the open market.
The design team at Outer Ring Excavations ensured that the Venture could survive in hostile environments, giving it a stabilized warp core and a high speed engine. This allows capsuleers to avoid pirates and other hostile entities, ensuring their dreams of building their own empire… never die.
