You can’t take away one person’s play style for another. Need away to make both entertaining, I had fun yesterday trying to stop them , maybe we should be able to join a faction police and get LP for every criminal we fire on. Gankers game play the same and we get stuff for shooting them

From what i am gathering for the good discussion is
they few people who are pro ganking are like
“Remove concord” so ganking disappears and becomes just Piracy
Another group of people are like Ganking /Anti-ganking should be balanced out some perks to anti ganking.

If you did I think youd see why piracy is a better option than ganking.
You can fight back against pirates any time you want, but you seem to think its a good idea to be destroyed by CONCORD for trying.

but when you see places like uedama its endless ship , some even slow boat , we have tried to tell people but many don’t look in local or take any notice. I’m ok with that as i am with gankers but I like to kill people who take part in crime.
Someone ask for help only the other day we helped someone do the Uedama run , with 4 ew burst ships with reps and scouts ready , the guys was pleased . maybe not going to stop a large gank but it would have been fun

Ok, thats why I dont get why there should be an incentive, if you are going to do it anyway.
The best incentive there could be is the circumvention or removal of CONCORD so you could engage them on your terms.
The only reason more people dont Antigank is that they are garunteed to lose their ship if they do a pre-emptive strike (gank) on their target and they dont want that.
It would require nearly a entire overhaul of the entire game. Highsec is all about the appearance of safety its so far out of the realm of reasonable discussion
Mining and hualing
I haul, run missions, roam null, pvp gang, Gank reds if I see them slipping in ice belts,
and one point sit and mine ore and ice. before i ripped all of those skills out.
More recently help new players who like to mine how to mitigate risk while hauling and Mining if you going to get ganked. its going to happen its important to make it less impactful all together.
and the only thing I pretend to do is be a caldari POLICEMAN WEEWOO WEEWOO😜

No it wouldnt. Can you provide any reason why it would when Sec has been changed in numerous systems over the years with no entire overhaul?

Neither actually generates Isk. Come back to that when you want to talk about Ratting.
Then I expect to see the numbers of ganked new players climb if they are listening to your advice.

At the end of the day, you dont want CONCORD removed because you are scared of losing your stuff because you cant protect it. If youd admit that then youd be well on your way to making an honest point.

that is the disconnect we are having maybe incentive is the wrong term we are using. hell getting Ranks form the local police would be a Great reward. Does it impact gameplay nope. It is another achievement for people who care enough to go after it.
CCP killed bounty hunting (was never really a thing) people did it though
We are in fact police , from new edem, no one asked us to do this and we don’t pay for any kill rights.

Concord is built in to every system in eve more importantly high/low. The economy for Eve changes Extremely any time CCP messes with space
look at when the trigs stole a bunch of systems Markets went wild for a bit. as someone else said concord being removed effectively changes high sec. something between high and low. That is major in itself
go talk to someone from CCP thats how they market it now
Didn’t say generate but ok, “wealth redistribution” by the activity of harvesting. Making Billions in high is not hard and it never going anywhere it might change a bit but Rock solid
