I’m not sure that he is falsely insinuating anything. When a group of people engages in toxic behaviour, and none of them will acknowledge it or criticize it, then it kind of makes you wonder about the group.
Like, uh, the other day someone tried to join my alliance, and they were making a lot of anti-Semitic slurs. It was inappropriate. I told them this isn’t acceptable, and I don’t condone that kind of behaviour. I don’t have any problem stating that in public, but for some reason the antiganking community is unable to do this? Why is that?
If somebody asks me whether I support anti-Semitic discrimination in EvE Online, my response is, “No, absolutely not.” I don’t see the need to write a lengthy essay explaining why I can’t or won’t denounce anti-Semitism.
Whether someone is guilty or not of a logical fallacy in a forum argument still can’t come close to being compared to being a real-life discriminating bigot.

I think maybe the point of asking people whether they agree or disagree, for example, with anti-Semitic slurs in EvE Online, is to try and establish some kind of consensus or agreement as to what is and what isn’t acceptable behaviour. I wouldn’t say it’s a witch hunt, but rather just a very reasonable attempt to establish some basic norms of decency and common courtesy. Is that too much to expect?
