Shouldnt the crimson harvest reward track awards actually be given to players. Logged in and unable to redeem event track rewards as wanting to collect all at once after finishing track, however due to work event completed and no reward track options available. Seems a poor design to have people complete track for rewards and not be able to claim said reward.
You gambled and lost, congratulations. Maybe next event you don’t wait till the last minute to collect the rewards?
Same. Finished the track, but didnt claim rewards. Every time I forget they’re put to redeem queue first, not current/home station.
Support answered they wont grant unclaimed rewards. There went my Molok and 100 plex.
Not sure what could possibly be the gamble there. Just being forgetful.
Same thing happened to me except i lost the billions ISK raider crate, i already canceled my sub, and uninstalled. If the devs cant write a syntax as simple as that it speaks volumes about the team. If they ever fix it I’ll return, but until then there’s tons of games that actually care about their players and fix things/QOL without having to beg. It’s clear CCP only cares about money, a new sale every week, and still have issues like this which have been around for years, very unfortunate. i hope but doubt it will ever change, once a company starts taking that route (usually because of management) its all downhill from there. Just look at what happened to Star Wars (sequels), Total War (WH3), Mass Effect (Andromeda), Battlefield (2042), Game of Thrones (S8), Assassin’s Creed (RPG-ification), The Witcher (Netflix), Halo (Infinite), etc. All beloved franchises with passionate communities destroyed by prioritizing monetization over the people who made them successful. CCP is walking the exact same path.
