Anything that will happen during this crap “event” will be a drastical drop in goods to be transported…
You can transport it another day,no need to do it during such a BS…
They are smart enough to not really advertise this “event”, if they did half of highsec would probably not log in … just like the null sec people in the blackout.

Only in this case numbers would crash to <10000 concurrent, most likely.
Better don’t tell anybody, who cares if few dozens of hisec players rage quit after losing all their stuff, not knowing wtf happens. CCP do not want them anyway.

People always claim ganking is so easy and makes so much money,
yet for some reason most people don’t do it, despite it being supposedly so easy!
Oh no, they rather spend hours upon hours running missions to make ISK!
Or they rather go mining! Or exploration!
Then the super-assholes come out and declare that people are “good” and don’t do it because they have morals or whatever, ignoring that hundreds of people participate in Burn Jita every time, but they - of course - are all evil sociopaths, right?
I remember the first ship skins named after the event and the in game lore year.

Most people just prefer more stable and less risky approach to earn isk. Relaxing in pve content and earning with the cup of coffee in one hand and mouse in another.
Pvp for them, is just like go fishing - a random chances for finding, with random chances for success. A hobby on weekend, not a job.
It’s not about moral, it is just about making isk. And when, even for a single moment, pirating and pillaging will become more profitable and less risky for them, they will pirate and pillage everything
Also don’t forget you have to multibox at least three accounts if you want to solo gank for profit, and this is only one Tornado/Talos/Catalyst for the gank itself. The second is the DST hauler, and the third the middle man to grab the loot safely. Usually you need more gank ships, and scan accounts on top.

Clearly cant be true or Absyals would not be a thing, everyone would just be doing levels 4s in hisec
