So, today - 2019.11.21, right after down-time, the Daily Skilling Spree has ended. No more easy skill points. You guys have any thoughts/ opinions on it? I personally don’t like that it ended.
I don’t care. I wasn’t going to hunt NPCs for 10k skillpoints.
good riddance to it i say
Nobody was requiring you to, but I see you cared enough to say you didn’t care…
It was a nice little bonus and probably helped out a lot of newer players get lvls 1 and 2 started in a lot of skills. Even helped me out a bit as i hadnt trained the trig ships and weapons so was a little kick starter for them. But then i am used to just setting the skills up in the training queue and letting them run so i wont really miss them.
Remember when we didnt have a training queue???
We have a LOT of newer players in my corp and the daily skill points helped them out. I think the daily skill point missions are a good addition to the game from time to time.
still crying…it was good thing
I was told ingame that the skilling spree will continue after downtime, just like everyday before during the event. Why is CCP lying to us?
Pity, it is nice to specialise your alts and get them up to an acceptable level.
Wasn’t a fan. But it was handy for training alpha pilots over 5mil sp.
God, no! I needed those skill points and more of them to be able to compensate for the ever increasing number of dumb design decisions from CCP.
Dont worry, when the numbers of players will fall again, they will come back to that incentive to log in. So keep you skill queue ready and waiting.
On one hand, the extra skillpoints are nice.
On the other, when a game starts encouraging me to log in daily, I find that I burn out and quit that game faster.
Create a game that can keep me interested, where I can have fun when I want to. Don’t try to make me log in every day.
It was very nice, made many of my alphas playable so now I can get them blown up in low/null/WH.
It’ll be back.

for the last 3-4 weeks it was literally the only reason i logged on. thats it for me then pretty much.
I am thrilled that it ended.
Ever since that started a lot of friends spend so much time doing all their chars that when they are done there is no time to play the actual game.
Ha, I know what your other thread was about!
I stopped caring after the first few, simply because
… even if it’s just one character …
… it’s literally work!
WORK!
