Inertial Stabilizers II do nothing for you if youâre an active pilot. Shield extensions add tank but they also sig bloom. If youâre confident about cloak/MWD defense the Warp Core stab will be pointless too along with the burst jammer.
Personally I bling on the cloak but itâs fine if you donât.

Some inertial stabilizers may be necessary to obtain the agility necessary for the MWD+cloak trick.
While the faction cloak helps for that too, you may have to see for yourself if your ship can instantly warp after MWD+cloak or if it requires another tick or two. If it isnât instant, add inertial stabilizers.
Next, Iâm not a fan of burst jammers on DSTs.
In high sec it can get you CONCORDED.
In null sec, pochven and wormholes it can get you bubbled. (It disables nullifier modules.)
In low sec, I have no idea, I rarely go there. Maybe useful?
Should be good as long as it does not have plates.
if plate, then faction claok and mutated 50MN may be necessary.
Also plates can be easily mutated to reduce the mass. My occator has 100k EHP passive and can still MWD cloak.
It is true that some ships can warp even quicker than âinsta warpâ. The Jackdaw and Hecate can warp within 1 second in propulsion mode with the right fit and implants. Such align times are exceptional.
