Criticise Occator's fit

Goal: get ships into the home system (in low security systems).

While it’s charging, I’ll get caught.

its for use if decloaked and pointed but not scrammed

You may have more success with a Hecate in propulsion mode.

Not enough cargo I guess.

Let me know whenever you haul 2b+.

Inertial Stabilizers II do nothing for you if you’re an active pilot. Shield extensions add tank but they also sig bloom. If you’re confident about cloak/MWD defense the Warp Core stab will be pointless too along with the burst jammer.

Personally I bling on the cloak but it’s fine if you don’t.

Some inertial stabilizers may be necessary to obtain the agility necessary for the MWD+cloak trick.

While the faction cloak helps for that too, you may have to see for yourself if your ship can instantly warp after MWD+cloak or if it requires another tick or two. If it isn’t instant, add inertial stabilizers.

Next, I’m not a fan of burst jammers on DSTs.

In high sec it can get you CONCORDED.
In null sec, pochven and wormholes it can get you bubbled. (It disables nullifier modules.)
In low sec, I have no idea, I rarely go there. Maybe useful?

Should be good as long as it does not have plates.
if plate, then faction claok and mutated 50MN may be necessary.
Also plates can be easily mutated to reduce the mass. My occator has 100k EHP passive and can still MWD cloak.

With 500mil implants, insta warp

I got below 2 seconds align without any implants with Hecate…

You can still be caught, need under a second for insta warp.

Yes I know and you can get that with implants on Hecate?

You simply wrote “insta warp” but that generally means below <2sec align. And for that implants are not needed.

no, insta warp means <1s

You can get < 1s warp with implants.

No, insta warp generally means <2s

Most people who are talking about insta warp mean sub 2 second align time.

For example the EVE Uni wiki: Instant align - EVE University Wiki talks about 2 second align when they say ‘insta warp’.
Also the guide that taught me most about instawarping, instalocking, ultralocking and ticks to the server also talks about insta warp as 2 second align: EVE Online English Guides - Insta-lock: In Full

It is true that some ships can warp even quicker than ‘insta warp’. The Jackdaw and Hecate can warp within 1 second in propulsion mode with the right fit and implants. Such align times are exceptional.

Most people are wrong.

Your guide is wrong

Eve uni is wrong, but you can fix it by editing it.

2s can be pointed, 1s can’t.
1s is not quicker than insta warp : it’s the minimum you can do, so it’s insta warp.

So when people talk about insta warp regarding hecate, they talk about the hecate, not the other ships. So 1s.

I don’t suppose you have considered that instead of ‘everyone else’, you may be wrong?
