Customer support poor service and MONEY gone down CCP glitch

So after the annoying experience of buying PLEX but never getting the PLEX, I am here waiting for customer support to be kind enough to even contact me to say they are looking at the problem.
This was yesterday but I still have nor received my PLEX, nor any feedback or response from customer support, save the initial automated message reminding me PLEX go to PLEX vault.
Bad enough there is a technical problem that made PLEX desappear, how long it takes for CCP to respond to issues like this? I say again I payd yesterday, I still dont have my PLEX today and nobody from CCP has contacted at all with me.
