Customer Support Question

On 13 Sept 2018 I emailed customer support to ask about recovering a couple of accounts. Within a few mins GM Arkken (EVE Online) responded and listed things I needed to give him to do the recovery.
Also in the email was a link [support.eveonline.com/hc/requests/ + the ticket number

(http://support.eveonline.com/hc/requests which does not work.

Is there a way to check my support ticket number?

I have updated info and asked for a response, but have heard nothing since the 13th of Sept. How long does it take for CCP Customer support to resolve this type issue?

Please Send support@eveonline.com A Message with the E-mail you have on File. Reference the Ticket number. It’s possible something got misplaced. I will closing this as this answers your question.
