While pilots were investigating around the orbital infrastructure in the newly designated region of Exordium, it was noted that a number of planets were severly lacking in orbital infrastructure as-of yet. Though, the lack of exclusive infrastructure also has lead to a number of predatory capsuleer organizations launching customs offices with exorbitant rates on them.
In response, I comissioned the launchedof four customs offices in the Haven Constellation in the Exordium Region. These customs offices are intended to facilitate the influx of planetary populations necessary to support the training of new Empyreans in the region. These have, in the short term, been created with 0% taxes for all, and have been transferred to parties with the understanding that they will have their controlled transfered to the relevant Ministry or Deaconry of Imperial Authority or an entity that such authority when requested or required.

- Adaz V - Transferred to SFRIM
- Mawzor III - Transferred to SFRIM
- Taikud V - Transferred to the Resort Services of BREZ
- Taikud X - Continuing under administration of Elysian Holdings
All parties have confirmed that these will be transferred or surrendered to the appropriate Imperial designated authority if such a transfer becomes necessary.
