Same here. I filed my bug report about an hour after maintenance and have gotten absolutely nothing. What the hell is going on over there?
Also, this is why you shouldn’t have such tight reward windows that abuse FOMO to get people to play more often. Personally, EVE Online should take a page out of SWTOR’s handbook, where if you are a subscriber, you can actually claim rewards for days you missed. Just yesterday I claimed three days worth of missed rewards on SWTOR.
This is the second bug I’ve had with this reward track, too. Early on, the number of days remaining changed after maintenance to where, having missed none, the last two rewards were greyed out. Customer service did nothing but assume I missed some by accident. Hours later, the number of days remaining went back up and no rewards were greyed out anymore.
Now, because of not being able to claim today due to this bug, I may miss the last bit of my reward track.
Again, look into NOT punishing players for not logging on every day, at least for Omega players. We already put money into the game – my partner and I pay directly, we don’t PLEX. There is no reason to use so much FOMO for this, especially since the booster rewards expire often before we can use them all. Speaking of which, why is that? Can we maybe just get those boosters and use them when we like instead of having to do it within a month? This is all kinda ridiculous.

Just curious, where did you find that? I can’t find it on the web site or the launcher. And they never responded to my bug report filed about 18 hours ago now.
Not resolved as of 20 minutes to DT
Noticed a drastic reduction of Explorer sites for the event, i needed 3 more to get 25 plex, yet suprise suprise zero content, logging off, this games dead because CCP hire worthless money grabbers who don’t care about giving people content.
Try looking in areas with low amount of activity far away from Trade and Mission Hubs, preferably in a few deadend systems located near each other…
Can check map stats for that…
It works now. And it seems the number of remaining days has not change.

hehehehe, he’s confused like me, we are led to believe everyday is supposed to have a reward.
Now I understood it’s seasonal or eventual. Patience, forums first function is to ask questions, even the most naive ones.
