It was only down and hour maybe 1.5 hours out of 24 hours available.
It was down about 40 minutes before CCP even noticed. Then continued being down for about 1h20mi.
There is daily downtime in Eve, servers are never available 24 hours.
Some people also have other things to do than sitting waiting to be able to log in to Eve.
