Someone or some entity seems to be logging dozens to hundreds of alts all over the highsec. Sivala had 290 “players” before DT. Jark, a system with no stations 90.
Yes I did not see them anywhere. Are they docked? In a deep safespot? Anyone knows?
Lowsec is not affected, although some of the popular fw systems have a 50% increase in players than usual - that I suspect are combat alts to help turn tides just in case. Unsure about other parts of space.

Define “deep safe”. I do have bookmark directly in Jita thats 140AU off. If I have it in Jita, why wouldn’t they have it in Sivala/Jark?

so “deep safe” means you can’t be dscanned (>20 AU from celestial), IIRC general anomalies only spawn 6AU from a celestial (not true for incursion anoms). bonus points if you can’t be found by combat probes either.

None of my old deep safes survived the change. Maybe new ones can be made…
Incursions are still spawning super far away from center. All you need is to make a bookmark of one of those sites when the incursion happens. Of course, they are not spawning everywhere, no idea how the bookmark on Jita was made/survived the change (is not mine, I just copied it from someone else).
The BM will be moved back to within 20 AU to the nearest celestial when the server restarts as far as I know, unless CCP messed up the function since.
Don’t take my 20 AU for a fact, I think it’s more, can’t remember the exact value.

Mystery solved. I am 100% sure it is just another bug. There are again hundreds of players in local in most highsec systems, yet the total PCU is 20000. So it is just local showing nonsenses.
