DEAR CALDARI STATE CHIEF EXECUTIVE PANEL

Dear CALDARI STATE CHIEF EXECUTIVE PANEL,

let me respectfully remind you of what tends to be just as “VITA L TO STATE INTERESTS” as informing your enlisted capsuleers about current objectives:

Not annoying them while doing so. Not displaying disgraceful incompetence like in the last messages. They were nothing in their shape and form but that: An unworthy display of neglecting a simple, yet fundamental principle - readability.

I am a veteran of war, tournaments, and guerilla campaigns. But most of all, I am a capsuleer with funds and experience. And I highly value clear communication.

If you want pilots like me to side with you in this conflict, stop shouting “SPECIAL ORDERS” in full capslock at us. It does not make you look important, nor does it reflect the urgency at hand. The only thing this achieves is to reduce the readability of your orders, and my respect for you.

For the safety and success of your efforts in this matter, I’d like to recommend a reconsideration of the council’s style of communication. I worry less coolheaded pilots taking offense and acting in ways counterproductive to the State’s interests.

With respectful regards,

Nora Maldoran,
Independent capsuleer

Ah, not particularly familiar with the communicative stylation of many factional command structures I wager.

Often the cadence is clipt, specific, and aggressive, as the various orders sent out tend to be. They don’t operate the same communicative specifics as many independent capsuleer combat groups do

Maybe just for you the State Protectorate can send their orders in pictures drawn with crayons.

HAVE YOU SERVED IN THE ARMY, CITIZEN?

They are not shouting those orders. They are delivering them in a tone that ensures they are heard and not misunderstood, as the old veterans say

Man, I don’t like to be told what to do by anyone but hey, them’s the breaks, eh?

What? You some sort of special snowflake? Capslock has long been used to communicate important information to service men/women in the field.

Have you done your duty as a loyal State Citizen and served?
