I wouldn’t be opposed to Hello Games buying Eve Online. Then they would have two very different space games and they can use ideas from each without anyone claiming being able to claim copyright violations. No Man’s Sky and Eve Online are both great games. the only problem with Eve is that they made some questionable choices and lost the vast majority of the player base. Stealing aspects from Eve would only improve No Man’s Sky.
I’d hardly call it a monopoly though. Other space games exist and have existed for a long time. Star Trek Online and Star Citizen to name just two.

Why do people simp for Musk?
He’s not going to shag you, he’s not going to give you free money, and if he could use the paste of ground humans to power his cars, he’d throw you and your kids into the big machine and not even blink.

Not by intent. But outside of tesla and starlink. To get starlink off the ground he bought a couple of companies and basically took those ideas and assets and transferred them over to Starlink.
He has quietly and without people realizing has dismantled companies that he finds can be worth more in parts. Than it is worth whole. He has a habit of being a vulture err venture capitalist as any equity company.
And with tesla future being in question. The recall of all cybertrucks has hurt tesla far worse than most people realize. Musk has some decisions to make in the coming month and year. As to whether tesla can be salvaged or not.
Right now it looks like musk is trying to salvage. But with the loss of the European market and slumping sales here in the US and elsewhere. He has a lot of work ahead of him.
In all seriousness I do not see musk as having the time to look at a gaming studio with the eye of buying it. No matter how attractive the sales price might be.

Yep, but it surprising how many that people think he only owns Tesla and starlink. That he does a lot more away from the spotlight comes as a shock to some people.
