I just realized my name sort of sucked. And I figured losing 3 days was worth having some other name. Is the biomass queue the correct way to delete and replace?

it takes over 10 hours to delete a character though
I propose just to open a new Character after login. You have 3 slots, two should be empty, so just click on one empty slot and create a hot new Toon with a smashing name. Make sure the first character stops his training queue, then you can start without problems from scratch.
And in a year or two, you might think good old Alex Snare might get a second chance as a ganking char
