No, the restriction is still in place.
1 Alpha only, or 1 or more Omegas only.
Should be a restriction on launching multiple alphas or an alpha and omegas together, if you try to launch from the same launcher.
If you have separate launchers (eg. multiple computers or virtual machines on a single host), they can physically launch their own instances, however it is still a breach of the EULA for a single player to run >1 alpha or any combination of alpha and omega at the same time.
