So as a Caldari high sec guy I run missions. However, I have run so many missions I can no longer enter Gallente Federation space nor Minmatar Republic.
Can I sell tags for standings or am I just screwed.

@Ares47 You’re not screwed. There are some corporations that can help you restore your standing.
For a start, you can contact @Geo_Eclipse_Oksaras he will know what you have to do.
Have you trained Diplomacy yet? Diplomacy V can go a long way toward getting you above -5. (Ex: my base standing with Gallente is -7.58. Diplo V brings it up to -4.06). Once above -5, you can run the Blood-Stained Stars epic arc every 90 days to repair your Gallente standings without harming your Caldari standings.
Or, just accept that some people will like you, some people will hate you, and in EVE, choices have consequences. It’s difficult to get high standings with one faction without sacrificing standings with another. Also, even if you’re KOS, you can still fly through Gallente space with a fast ship. Just keep moving and don’t linger anywhere along the route.
Other workarounds to KOS:
This is what I already do because I know sooner or later my Gallente standing is going below -5. There’s only so many times you can run the SoE arc before it becomes a tedious chore.
Thanks for the tag.
You can also make sure the corps that start the main empire arcs are at 5.00 and as long as they are, and you stay above -2 with faction, you can do those epic arcs as well
So if you keep impetus at 5.00 and your gallente is above -2 you can do the gallente epic arc
FACTION STANDING REPAIR PLAN aka ‘The Plan’ - PvE Gameplay Center / Missions - EVE Online Forums Might help?
First of all, you’re not screwed, unless you have negative Personal Security Status. That needs to be above -2.00 (-1.99 or higher) in order to travel in High Sec systems. Course you’ve got nothing to worry about if your Personal Security Status is fine…
As for tags, yes there are special tags available to help increase Faction Standing. Each of the 4 main Factions all have 3 Data Centers with Agents that will accept Pirate ‘Dog’ Tags for an increase to Faction Standing…
Course the amount of tags needed to complete those Agent missions are tough to get and very time consuming. Good news is those tags are available to purchase from Regional Markets…
Unfortunately negative Faction Standing needs to be above -5.00 (-4.99 or higher) to access those Agents since you’ll have to travel into their space. Also to start you’ll only have access to the Level 1 Data Center Agents. However there’s enough of them available to make a big positive impact on negative standings and possibly even give access to other higher level Data Center Agents.
Anyway, thanks to @MB_ThePhotographer, the link he posted will definitely help, it contains more info and various options to repair Faction Standings…
It’s probably too late to help. But I found myself in the same situation.
I put 4 ships tailored for each faction in each major hub and just bounced between them to even up standings using this system.
It took me a long time to repair the damage but at the end, I was a much better player for it.
I hope this helps keeping up your sprits during hard times.
I’ve been through this situation too (I like it too much when those tags drop, they are useful and valuable, so I almost never refused missions against empire factions), to a point where it became near impossible to even get to Sister Alitura to fix at least one standing, let alone run the arc. So I was at -7 point something for Minmatar.
Solution ?
Simple: you can always run level 1 agents regardless of standing, because they do occur in other faction space.
I looked for a system in my usual non-Minmatar hisec area that had 3 distribution level 1 agents for a Minmatar corp (doesn’t matter which one, as long as its agents are conveniently located) and started grinding… and grinding … The Agents entry under Alliances in the Dotlan maps is quite useful for that. As far as I know you can find lvl 1 agents from any empire faction in every empire hisec space, although it may require traveling to a different region within that faction space.
Not going to lie, it took multiple days to get to -4.99, at which point I could run the soe arc for some more buffer. It will of course take at least twice as long if you nuked two faction standings. But one does look the fool during hisec operations with a nullsec fleet, getting shot by facpo at the first occasion …
Since then I run the arc every 90 days.
As long as your standings like DMC said are above -4.99 you can access level 1 agents and if you have a corp that has standings for higher than level 1, then if your faction standings are -1.99 or higher you can use those agents.
Example, your gallente standings are -1.98, if the corp impetus is 5.00 or higher, you could do the epic arc for gallente
do the 3x5 career agents for the other faction. that will give you 3 x 0,75 standing
make the data center missions, that will also give about +1 standing (could cost 20-200m)
