Bought 3 packs, all with in game isk (by buying PLEX off market) though, no idea how profit will work from that.

when you spend the plex thats when it gets credited. so if you bought 1500 plex from the market and spent it on the skin then it will go to the family. if you bought plex and spent it on anything else, it won’t.

Why only donate the profits? Why not the proceeds? Donate your programmers time and your artist time to this worthy endeavor.
See if you have a friend in game you can contact who would be willing to buy the plex required with isk and buy the skins for you on the NES. Then get them to contract the skins back to you at isk cost when you get back…
