No. None of those things matter unless you are a complete scrub who doesn’t know how to play EVE. All my accounts are PLEXed cos I’m not crap at the game. On top of that, 2 ships is pretty much 20% of what you get for free doing the career agents and as for being “physically demanding” how is moving my thumb on the mouseball and pressing a couple of buttons with my other hand in any way demanding?
