If Omega gives you access to all new content, then that means it will be paid content for Alphas. So now you could have something like an Alpha that pays $5/mo to fly a mining barge.

Can not really agree with that one. The goal should be more players with less accounts, not IRL rich people running a lot of accounts with bulk discounts.

CCP what makes you think that your stagnant game that hasnât seen new content for ages worth to be most expensive MMO? I can hardly justify 15$ for this game let alone 20$. And this is unique mmo that pretty much makes you run multiple accounts to achieve something.
When you lose a player due your decisions you likely lose more than one account.
As of me at one time I had 10 accounts, then it was 3 and now it is 0.
For those 60 euro a month I can get AAA game and have a lot more fun than I get from Eve lately.

Thanks for CCP for Helping me with my decision i was one foot in and one foot out and only had 2 toons subbed looks like when they expire ill be done with eve Good job for doing things backwards. the trick with business is to make a little of a lot not a lot of a little if you made better in game plans like rolling back the Indy changes and fixing mining and site running you would find that there would be a hell of a lot of players loosing big ship again but what you did was make the game not fun to play and most things are unobtainable

Well lots of upset people here. Down side is upset yes. Are you all really going to let your subs lapse? Doubt it and CCP know that. Unless they saw like 5k + subs drop they wouldnât care.
New generation of gamers donât like the grind and get their bank cards out and buy Plex. I know lots of people who do that and always have done because the pve in eve is so kind numbingly â â â â .
Either drop your subs and uninstall if your going to complain OR bend over and take CCPâs length

Like 95% of updates CCP pushes out enrage some or all players. I get that sometimes they need to do something like that. But, lately, it seems to be all they do. To counter the outrage over the price increase, I think they need to make the next update something basically everybody likes. New content, that is fun, and that doesnât force people to play it if they donât want to. They should probably put the ârebalancingâ and âeconomicâ changes on hold for a while and focus on content. It probably should be permanent new content, not an âevent.â

At least create content to justify the increase. Only changes have been made. No new content or expansions in forever. Very understanding of increase but be gentle with it.

Depending on the price point, that would be the way to go now. Its $4/wk so $16/mo which use to be more than the subâŚ

What new value? If anything the value of Omega subscriptions has gone down since 2019 due to terrible game changes.

List of things how you could get extra $$$ and everyone be happy:
- better & more skins (not those bland color reskins)((or at least pick good colors like metallic/glossy white))
- Structure Skins
- Skin Editor to submit custom ship/structure skins for review and making it sellable for that person for a charge
- to support all above add skin information in Kill/Loss Mails
- add the Station Interior Room back, create different more better Interior Rooms to purchase per char, add furniture cash shop for cool furniture
- add new ships to make the game interesting
- add new features to make the game more interesting
- make older features more accessible and fun/easier to play to make the game more interesting (like PI)
- make Endgame ships like Titans, Supers & Faction Capitals viable ships to use every day and not just hangar & tether queens. It makes the game more interesting.
- create more incentives to move out of HighSec to make the game more interesting.
- sell special Player Frames
- sell special Corporation Frames & Icons
- sell special Corporation Logo submission like Alliance Logos
- for that price of the new subscription you should give better rewards for paying that subscription above Industry Standard
- Titan Doomsday Effect skins (I want to pierce someone with a love love kyuuuuun heart Lazor)
- Engine Trail Effect skins

huge increase. Addionally USD = EURO in CCP calculations, while in real world Euro is usually stronger⌠so please calculate EURO to USD. So for EURO people itâs even more of an increaseâŚ
Absolutely, NO WAY. This is extremely huge increase for an online game, who also have microtranstions.
If you want to kill the game, your in a good approach.
My worst regads to Hillmar and Pearl Abyss. If you want to increase benefits, offer more not ask for more. You dont get how market worksâŚ
And I was just wondering if it was worth continuing Omega on my accountâŚat the end of the day, I like the game and would still like to support it. Thank you CCP for solving my dilemma - with such a really unjustified price increase (be serious, swapping colours on already existing SKINs or changing ship parameters or structures in the database is not a reason for such a brazen cash grab) I see no other choice but to return to Alpha status.
I will be keeping a close eye on the upcoming decline in EVE player numbers. I wonder when you will come to your senses, or if you have already passed the point of no return with your bright ideas.

Good idea CCP.
Firstly, half of my alliance and myself have to pay for a VPN to even play EvE due to constant Disconnects since you started using Cloudflare. Then you
allow bots to run rampent through the game. No decent content. Letâs raise the prices while people are all ready struggling due to Covid etc.

well unless at least 33% of the player base unsubs they will still net more money/monthâŚhow much are we willing to let this stand.
Hang on if Omega has to pay higher prices shouldnât we get more than double skill training speed? letâs say an increase with inflation and years put in, put training speed up to 2.5 times that of Alpha.
