A sub that I can only afford. $800 a month for an old woman like me can’t afford higher. I don’t blame the makers for wanting to increase the price. Not at all. I find no fault with them. They are doing the best they can. It is their job they have to put food on the table and rent over their heads too. and I am not going to make them hoodlums for increasing the price of the subs. But the content of the game does not justify the increase. For those who are willing to pick a different payment plan that is for you to decide. But for us who are not as well off to afford such payment plans. Well we have to do what we have to do. No reflection any person who objects or approve of the price increase. We all live on the same planet and we all have to decide to do what is most important to us. For me , a roof over my head, food on the table, and utilities are a must. I wish all of you well

I just made a comment to a fellow player who chastise players for choosing the wrong payment plan for their game. I must say again. It is a game. It is not necessary for life. Those who can afford a better payment plan that will be cheaper for them, I whole heartedly say good for you. But please remember there are people here who cannot afford a different plan of payment. As I said to my fellow game player. We all live on the same planet. We all have to make decisions that are good for us and our family. We should not criticize those who can only afford a month to month. They have their reasons. I care about the game but when it comes to real life…well you get the drift. I hope all who really can see their way to paying more the best in life. The makers of the game have to make a living. They have families they need to support to. But it is what it is. But let’s not condemn people for choosing a payment plan that doesn’t seem logical to them. The individual who pays for the play knows their economic status better than anyone else. Best wish to all.

No, Alpha is free yes. But I have been playing for 11 years. Plexing is not free. It cost someone something. Only way of getting plex is if someone else buys plex to sell. So it is just not me. I’m tired of grinding. So if the game still please you. Then good for you. But it is not worth playing anymore. In alpha I lose all of the ships I have. I could sell them but why? The game has made major changes in the past that made it not worth it. I am happy for those who want to continue playing.

So can you give us a clue as to what we are paying for. Would you buy a car without a checkup and test drive.?

No, it’s a digital service you license access to. And it’s perfectly reasonable to want to know what the service entails before committing to pay for it.

Except the terms of the license are not, in fact, a description of what the service itself provides, only a description of the terms both sides agree to regarding the license.
For example: does the EULA indicate anything about mining or ship combat? (It does not) Does that mean the service does not offer those things? Of course it doesn’t. The service clearly does offer those things. But you wouldn’t know it just reading the EULA. So it should be pretty obvious that the EULA does not provide any description of what the service entails, only what the license to access the service entails.

Gonna start this off with saying i have unsubbed all my toons dont get me wrong i love the game and its a hard choice to leave but ccp clearly dose not care about the players 2 years with no new content apart from them messing the game up and killing game play for so many people and the rest of the updates was them fixing stuff they broke and we get the privilege of a price hike

I know for a fact that I would have added a couple of alt accounts rather than unsubbing them. We have a saying here. “To me $5 in my pocket is preferable to $10 in yours.”

ccp always took above average sub cost… fine…
also they sell packs to even double it if ppl like to support the game… still fine
they make changes what push some… or even a lot ppl away… ok…
than they throw the money we paid for eve into other games which hardly fail… well…
to compensate (not only)) that bs, now you want even more too after all this bs…
so the circle (of bs) starts again?
unless you show thats not just a “get more money and waste more money into everything else than eve” … not even a dime more.

even if i loved eve, i rather see it burn if thats the case.
(and i guess lot of ppl ending their sub, and keep plexing or staying alpha instead of encourage more player to pay should do that)

Most of the changes CCP have implemented have been reverted due to egregious oversight … but not this time you claim ?

Is the CSM is representative of the players, why don’t they just shut down the CSM, to represent that backlash? It won’t happen.
