The recording makes little sense as it is, because there is no context. It appears to be some sort of arranged duel if the dialogue is construed, but why would anyone advance in a duel with foodstuffs? Yet if it is an arranged meal, why are there swords drawn?
Miss van Burean seems remarkably sanguine about the sudden loss of all her fingers in an unprovoked attack. Is she drugged? An automaton?
To this observer, the careful editing and obviously poor acting indicate an attempt to frame Commander Kim. Even the commander’s recorded speech patterns are markedly different from those she typically uses here on the IGS.

Well, yes but I doubt she’d agree we’re the superior empire… Caldari are good but we are… Just better. just look at our fleets, scraps made into war machines on par with any other empire, imagine if we had what they had.

Okay, derailing trolls aside, there is an update to the situation.
Today I was contacted by the mercenaries and the bounty for Ms. Antolliere. Unfortunately, despite the doubled bounty for delivered her alive, I’ve got only undoubtful confirmation of her death. Maybe it was my fault that I put bounty on that before, or maybe it was someone’s idea to…
prevent her from talking.
On the one hand, the justice has been served, but on the other - the thread to the truth has been lost. One part of me rejoices, but the other is deeply concerned.
Now I feel that I have discarded the idea of the espionage too early, considering that he had no access to any vital information. There are, however, events that made me think that the situation is not as simple as it seemed to be:
*) There was (luckily, failed) attempt at rescue or termination of Mr. Raikkanen with clear thread, connecting mercenaries with Gallente Federation.
*) In Intergalactic Summit NeoCom channel a capsuleer offered me to commit a prison break or termination of Mr. Raikkanen for a price of 250 bil ISK.
*) Ms. Antolliere was terminated despite doubled bounty for delivering her alive.
To handle the situation I have decided to start with deeper interrogation of Mr. Raikkanen.
This is disgusting, yet somehow not surprising. The same person who calls us primitive savages can’t even interact with other people without resorting to honourless violence. The irony is so thick that her sword wouldn’t even be able to cut through it.

UPDATE : New bounties.
After a short discussion with Lord Kailethre I decided that Skylee Antolliere might had clones. It is highly doubtful, considering she was just a military baseliner, but in the case she had, I offer 10 000 000 ISK bounty for bringing her alive.
