In it articulates a position towards a form of tyranny that is not always recognised as such, and thus found it an interesting addition to the thread.
I would agree that Mr. Lewis’ attitude to this form of tyranny does lose its power, as far as Mr Lewis is concerned, when we consider his attitude to other forms of tyrany.
Indeed, considered only as an example of Mr Lewis thought, we can see it as a form of justification for his wider political views, and personal behaviour.
This does not alone invalidate it, in the context of this thread, it merely represents a particularly eloquent description of a form of tyranny often ignored as such.
It was never meant to be an argument ‘from authority’ but a talking point,
That there are many ways in which some seek to control and curtail the actions of others, and that those motives are often not as pure as these tyrants would have us believe- that this applies to Mr Lewis himself is interesting in itself.

It’s just you label others as trash, so I quote examples of you treating others as trash and calling them names, and note that none of your posts do anything other than denigrate and label those who would disagree with you.

You beat them by default unless you are one of them. Nobody can stand these people IRL and that is why their social lives have been marginalized to the forums of a video game. They live on here because they are trying to validate their existence and fulfill their basic social needs. They are already beaten, and indeed it seems like the best course of action to rub that in by pointing out how clearly ridiculous and delusional they are, and driving it home. It is amusing to watch them squirm under the weight of logic. How can someone who is not disabled, and lives on these forums as some do, not be considered neurotic?
People like that can’t possibly win. Their game is all about strawmen and trying to make it seem like they won something after after people call them out on their foolishness. They hand victory to you by their own demonstrated incompetence.

No, you started your answer to this topic by talking about
low-life human trash who will take any opportunity to victimize someone just because they can and create all kinds of silly reasons to justify their despicable behavior, especially when they have the protection of anonymity.
I then provided examples of you behaving like a troll and being mean and toxic to demonstrate you are what you pretend to hate- direct quotes which show you doing exactly what you accuse others of in that very quote.
That is not an ad hominem attack, it is really a kind of reductio absurdum, as I apply your own logic to your own actions, and reveal the absurdity and moral dishonesty of your position.
If it was ad hominem I would be using your character to attack your argument, whereas

WAS and IS both an ad hominem attack AND the use of a straw man. In a sense it also ‘begs the question’ as it assumes that there is a truth both to be denied, and that I was denying it.
TLDR: you are aggressive and abusive in tone, and talk down to others, while celebrating how elite you are at UO and Darkfall (despite temp ban) then come into a thread about problem behaviour, and make a moral statement about the behaviour of others, which demonstrates this toxicity both in its content, and the further context of your posting history as outlined above.
ADVICE- know what phrases like ad hominem mean before you use them, if you do not want to look daft.
There is now an invention called the internet, and even those who have been unable to access formal education may educate themselves for little cost, except time and effort expended, however it still takes some wit and critical thinking to seek adequate sources for this information, and to separate the wheat from the chaff as it were-
perhaps an introductory course on debating or logic at your local community college would set you on the right track.

Not going to bother with your heavy mental gynastics. You are in the wrong, and it is plain as day. Instead of understanding and addressing the arguments that were related to the topic, you went off on some ridiculous, unrelated tangent and started crying about the use of offensive language in ad hominem fashion, attacking the poster instead of the arguments.

Would someone tell mayhaw that I can’t and won’t reply to him or discuss this with him anymore.
Ticket filed, its no longer up to me what he does, I don’t want to make anyone’s job harder by dragging out my conversation with him.
I am not, after all, malfunctioning, or a sociopath.

- I went to test the ignore feature to see if yours was malfunctioning or if there is something I need to do to help you ignore me. I couldn’t find an ignore feature . . . I don’t know what to tell you.
- Stop threatening me with this “I filed a ticket against Mayhaw.” I don’t care if you did and I don’t care if I get banned. No one else in their right mind cares either . . . and if you’re not careful, someone with the ability to issue a warning or ban might recognize it for what it is: an out of game threat.
