Do You Consider Yourself a HighSec Resident? Join the HighSec Collective!

I’m a highsec resident, but I increasingly want to move to lowsec…in fact have already started. I’ve been mainly a suspect hunter in highsec, and there just aren’t enough suspects to hunt. I want to be that person with 30,000 lowsec kills…and I know I can get there.

Living in low isnt that hard and setting urself up to do a few things for the isk and then to just know ur space well enough to hunt within it. Different pockets have different allures to them just because the targets and stuff within them are a tad different.

Using alts to do your PVE stuff and then mains to hunt with helps if you have 2 or 3 accounts. I dont think youd ever need more and in fact it can be done with 1 account just using the characters on that account in sync.

ET lived in the Friboldi pocket by Hagilur (sp?) for many years when he was young in FW Inc and EXA alliance, also near Rancer and that area.

Make the switch, get Red Frog to jump in some hulls and fits and set up for a while. You can always use the base as a “vacation” home to play around in. Set up some clones and ships, and voila.

I’ve moved into that lowsec corridor next to Uedama…Kubinen, etc. I have a multibox scout there who can check it is clear. Ironically I already have a kill in Kubinen…it was my very first kill in this char several years ago. Only 29,999 to go !

Thats the attitude!! :smiling_face_with_horns:

Its not entirely a figure I made up. One of the colleagues of my other alt that is in Wrecking Machine actually has 22,000 kills…mostly in Kubinen.

If you aim for the stars, you may fail, but then you might make it to the top of the telephone pole. But if you aim for the top of the pole you will most certainly never leave the ground! :smiling_face_with_horns:

Aiming high and failing greatly is never a bad thing. Most never dare greatly in their lives and it shows.

Update on this group. Its simply a LOBBY group thats antiPVP and trying to convince the CSM to change rules in an attempt to effect BlackFlag… a small group of the only pvpers left in highsec.
(kinda comical - massive groups of thousands like EvE Uni whine about 5 mercs who camped a gate today lol)

This lobby group flames anyone who doesnt agree that pvp is bad. At least when NULLsec runs the entire game, they still fake as if wars are real. This game will never get any real improvements until the ones in charge realize that conflict, pvp and danger is what makes a game good. Not this anti-pvp carebear cancer.

Wow so much malicious misinformation in such a short post.

We have had many great players in Eve that are given some credit because of the size and scale of corporations and alliances that they have run.

It’s perfectly feasible to come up with a 10,000 man alliance in nulsec where the metrics and economic factors are conditioned for this sort of accelerated growth.

In high SEC it’s completely the opposite. The reason I bring this up is the recognition of our leaders. One day CCP or somehow I will myself come up with a way to honor the great leaders that we have had which shaped high security space.

You guys know who you are… For now.

I am hoping for some statues. I was thinking large obsidian structures, trimmed with silver and gold. They would be inspiring to behold.

Something like this?

That is fkn awesome… too bad she was a carebear lol. But for real, this would be the right thing to do. Its pretty cool they have done it in the past. +1CCP gjgj.
…Trimmed with silver and gold. that is deff in writing.
Are you ready for all the lobby’s and ccp to throw a ■■■■-fit?
The first person I would ask to be honored for all they have contributed to EvEs history and still current gameplay.

  1. Praise James 315.

Im thinking Halaima.
