Yeah, the scheme is always the same, every year:
- there are no sites
- sites are too hard
- loot is worth nothing
- you need a marauder to compete
- your loot always gets ‘stolen’

They nerfed the rewards after day one 
I did a few sites in NPC Delve yesterday and it was about 100m a site. 
Where did you do this?
I haven’t looked for hacking sites yet.
Btw, I noticed yesterday that Janice was giving me nonsense (way too high) appraisals for some items, probably linked to them being new. The main issue IIRC was with Chemal boosters.

I did, specifically, one crimson and two tetrimon hubs in G-TT5V and then another crimson one in FWST-8 before I death cloned back to Jita because I saw a Stormbringer drop 1.5b of loot at a Tetrimon site in Iyen-Oursta that I had to go scoop.
