I was able to redeem the XP on Friday however the redeem panel has not come up since. As a result I’ve only been able to claim it one time. I’ve checked multiple accounts and they all worked the same way. The window just won’t show up for me now

With “Wreck their dreams” slogan and other nut job magnet stuff, CCP brought upon itself a well deserved bad karma.
Plenty of bad karma who can be also saw on this thread, materialized in the form of hoards of narrow minded sadists and sociopaths from whom they will never see any constructive comments or contribution.
Their dedication to build an exclusive distopian game world, and their focus on bad behavior nurture brought them a distopian job were they need to daily deal with it…

You can fine the redeem box inside the right low corner click on it and then redeem items

Not sure if trolling… Dude that financed the casino war got banned for RMT. He got paid, not CCP. He also didn’t win any fights (I mean, he might have, I honestly don’t know if he fought at all). Relative to the isk, he merely paid to increase the number of people fighting the goons. Something that could in concept have been done regardless by a properly charismatic individual.
And, amusingly, he didn’t pay for any of his isk; he earned it out-of-game providing services to other players.
And if that still wasn’t enough, the people who bought isk from him were not guaranteed a win (or otherwise given noteworthy advantage) against whoever they fought against either.
So… no.
And it didn’t work at all. 
I’m betting eve players are still older, in full time work and many with families.
I know that if it wasn’t my holiday i wouldn’t have gotten on.
But hopefully ccp will tell us how it went. Even if the online players weren’t higher than usual, we may have seen some people log in and log straight back off again.
No idea what the official numbers were, but I saw numbers over 38K logged in. That’s an increase over what we’ve seen most often the last few months… but it’s hard to say if that’s the normal winter uptick starting or if it was related to the free SP.
Eve offline suggests a slight boost. Other weekends this month have seemingly reached the high 30’s.
Big spike in players created though. If I’m reading that right.

RMT and personal success at pvp have nothing here.
Without these money Goons might still be in their Northern Fortress.
