Background: Two (windowed) clients - same settings insofar as I can tell. One client has “mini” drone icons and the other has a list of drone icons.
Drone window is locked, compact mode and list under view mode for each. Toggling between icons and list on the one affected client doesn’t make any difference. Nor does collapsing and re-opening the folders? Any suggestions?
no idea, I would love to get rid of the Icons, but I can’t. Indeed, the switch betwen “Icons” and “List” doesn’t make any difference.
I’ve managed to get rid of the icons in 2/3 client windows - but I have no idea what (if anything) I haven’t set correctly on the 3rd client.
Someone mentioned a solution in one of the General Feedback topics of patches past. You have to deactivate compact, change the view and turn compact on again. Compact Mode prevents the view change. Something like that. Maybe also some voodoo black magic.
I did try changing the view mode - that’s not the issue. It might be something to do with the Compact Mode as @Dyver_Phycad suggested (just trying that out to see if that does the trick).

Mine’s in compact mode and it worked.
I changed to non-compact mode and it worked.
I changed back to compact mode and now it’s broken.
I changed to non-compact mode and it worked, so I swapped to list view.
I changed to compact mode and it’s stuck in list view.
CCPlease fix this.
