So far, pilots from multiple gank alliances have been reporting kills, and over 10,000 shares have been distributed accordingly. Our first payout of 1 billion ISK is scheduled for the beginning of July. To ensure you get your cut, make sure to submit your zKillboard links before July 1st (EVE time).

Only ganks in Hi-sec count. No war kills, duels, or suspect kills.
Top damage gets the shares on kills with multiple pilots.
If you multi-box, have your top damage pilot send an evemail with the Zkill link and you can specify your main for all future shares. This only needs to be done once; all future claims should come from your main pilot.
Uedama, Sivala, Josameto, Geth, Jita are currently ineligible for shares from ganking.
Only ganks on capsuleers over 30 days old are eligible; please check pilot bio if unsure. Any ideas for next month? remove the 5 restricted systems, add a region that pays out extra shares, pick a ship type to hunt for extra shares?

Payments are made each month and all dividends that corp owns are folded into the next payment, effectively doubling payments until significant shares are distributed.

Dividend Rollover: 983mil ISK is being rolled over into next month’s dividend payment, bringing the total of the next dividend payment to 1.98 billion ISK. This means that payments will nearly double next month!
June Shares: 16,225 shares were distributed in June.
The July gank competition is drawing to a close. To earn free shares that payout monthly, make sure to send a list of your Zkills to Other Jim before the August 1st deadline.
