What are you talking about? The gank squad that smoked your Rattlesnake in Sheroo is largely made up of characters created many years ago with a constant history of highsec criminal activity. In fact, there are some very famous CODE agents in that killmail, all -10 that I see meaning they aren’t recycling characters.

The obvious truth is better. If you wanna pirate; pirate! Just pay the price - death penalty; no woosified timer. Just have the sovereign authority exact penalty for interdicting the nation’s economic well-being. im not sure you understand ganking at all, the people that ganked you were all Omega so they are already paying for the accounts, also you can not have alpha and omega online at the same time or even more than one alpha so im not sure what you are on about.
If they were fixing their sec by buying tags then you would be paying for that from your loot that drops so no problem there.
And ive no problem being podded after a gank gets me home to reship faster.
