Normally a solution is created due to problem. So what is this suppose to fix? Not aware of any players who asked for it or want it. Plus makes no sense lore wise, who put up these ESS’s, why are they in corp or alliance space if the corp or alliance did not anchor them. Can corp and alliance remove them? If not, why can we not remove them, who does their security this since is nullsec.
Ok first a mining nerf… now a mission nerf but only for nullsec? Will see if risk vs reward is completely messed up to the point Level 4 missions in highsec have better isk ticks.
I assume the next nerf in 3 weeks at the current rate will be exploration relic and data sites.
I am not sure why the sudden focus on making the game more a job and less fun. Most of nullsec just wants to get into fleets, and everything in between is just making isk to pay for the habit.
I am getting more concerned with the direction CCP is moving towards with sudden changes and little communication. Seems the entire focus these days is microtransactions while removing legit means to generate isk.
We are still coming to grips with the fact we need to clear 80% of sites and belts of worthless ore to get the few useful rocks to respawn. Not to mention that Ice is not even spawning.
Lets assume I d be ratting in a system and 2 of my corpies rat there, too. From each of our bounties a part goes into the ominous “Reserve” bank that has the sole function to sit there to be stolen by some beggar passin by. So dumb, so bad. But ofc WE could get the reserve in too. Or better: ONE of us could, as far as I understood. So you want us to either do a bazillion calculations how large each pilots part of teh reserve has been? Or do you wanna actively push ppl to steal from their corpies?
Overall: What I just read is the most idiotic gamedesign-decission I ve seen so far, and I ve worked on an aircombat-game where a joke got taken srs by the DEVs and they implemented skins ingame that made the combat aeroplanes look like icecream, complete with cherry on top.
Only if you want to get banned. Circumventing A-gate ship class restrictions is a known and declared exploit:
Using any method to bypass acceleration gate ship restrictions to enter complexes is an exploit. The notification specifies Factional Warfare complexes, but this has since been extended to all sites which have acceleration gates.
If a Titan cannot take the A-Gate, you cannot cyno one into the deadspace pocket, either, even from outside the cyno suppression range.
No, you’re crying about how you think the ISK in the reserve bank can be stolen.
It can’t be until CCP releases the keys in the future. It literally says so in the dev blog.
Your isk is safe.
This reminds me of the highsec guys that complain about people salvaging their wrecks. “Waa! That was mine!” The money in the reserve bank isn’t yours at all - unless you go collect it.
Lvl4 missions have not been changed for a long time, I asked Hilmar at the last Ama about re-introducing lvl 5 missions back into high-sec he said they are looking into it if they can get the isk income right. Lvl 4 missions don’t really pay that much you have to use a noctis to loot everything in the room along with the LP rewards to make any kind of isk. Nullsec makes way more and with supercap umbrella’s way more safer than high-sec. This change will be manipulated and definitely abused imo.
Because for the past 3 or 4 years CCP has been consistent in nerfing all pve aspects of the game. Therefore it stands to reason that remaining pve will be nerfed accordingly. Assuming the most decent isk can now be made from missions, exploration, and WHs - this game styles would most likely be nerfed in the near future.
will there be any anomaly change coming with the ESS/Bounty update ? Anom respawn rate / quantity
maybe with those upcoming change the anom respawn nerf X month ago isn’t neccesary anymore 'cause if people can steal it and the bounty will decrease if overfarmed anyway just change it back and make possible to “overfarm” a system faster
Supercap umbrella’s are still the norm and after this war has finished in delve they will be the norm once again it’s the cyno dropping that’s been changed. Nullsec will always be safer than high-sec, high-sec is chaotic in it’s nature nullsec does love that blue doughnut and diplomacy. Just look at the Tranquility Trading Tower. Major war happening in null i.e. Delve everyone got together to destroy a player owned Structure just because it was in direct competition. Says it all really.
