I am new to EVE Online so maybe there is a whole lot of Lore and Story Depth to the game I am yet to come across. However, and this does seem to fit with all the Neocom already has to offer, an encyclopedia, an index of New Eden would be really cool. Now call me crazy but I enjoy reading. When I am floating about mining I think it would be so great to be able to open the encyclopedia and read about the Guristas or the Drifters or those Anythulusians or however they are spelled. The EVE website has all of this information about the Empires, why not have it in the game where we can read it without alt-tabbing? 
Thank you. This is great and I will be reading it on my mobile while I play. My post was simply that I think it would be great to have this available in game. It may not be a particularly novel idea but for someone like me it would be a good feature.
