Greetings fellow space sailors.

I am returning after many years and have this question:

With high sec combat sites I have noticed that many people may end up in the same gurista refuge at the same time. In the event that an escalation does occur, who gets it? First person there? Person with last kill?

Anyone know? Thanks in advance.
