I agree that cloaked ships should receive disadvantages form using a cloaking device.
I see posts saying CCP Falcon has now left CCP for new pastures - honestly, if anything, this is again another example indicative of how far @CCP Hilmar has sold the Eve Community and the long term loyalty of said community down the toilet in return for cheap coin. Thank you CCP Hilmar for bringing us to this point.
Yes… A 7 year term is totally a sign of the end times… It’s not natural turn over from Devs wanting to advance up the ladder or gain more experience…

Again, I often wonder if some people are paid to counter post - sorry, if the fact that eve subs, eve concurrent player numbers, community feel good factor, general negativity derived from ccp (Hilmar) selling out to Korean gold and the current and future ramifications are all make believe, including no alliance tournament anymore any the departure of the one ccp employee who used to play the game and still had the goodwill of the community; are gone now. Best wishes to Falcon in his new endeavours - all jesting aside, is the Hilmar / Black Pearl ship not slowly sinking - do the numbers not speak for themselves?

If he’s smart, he will be doing other things or playing other games like I am. There was a beautiful moon out tonight while I helped a friend winterized his camper.

To be fair Hilmar did give black out a go. He just never had the balls or foresight to extend it into even 2 quarters. He took the down tick as botters left the game but did not either advertise or give time for actual players to take the uptick.
So he he took the posion willingly but was not wanting to feel the medicine kick in.
However you have to wonder if he’s not right anyway. I put it to the community that this game is a dead goose and Hilmar’s policy of limited expenditure and farm till the end many not be in fact the correct option for CCP’s owners.
No need for further at’s or anything that does not cover the expenditure in ticket sales, so for example fan fest will continue as long as the bar sells, ticket prices, tax rebates & 3rd party kick backs cover the costs to run. CSM will continue as long as alliance blocks sub alts to vote ect.
They could make the AT an expensive ticket affair for example 1tn in Plex per team entrance. I’d like to see AT continue but the teams need to justify its cost instead of complaining. Players need to get to grips with the new reality of Eve or get used to the idea of a levelled playing field, full server restart or new zone with zero asset transfer anyone? (This comes from a Tn ISK player with Titans, supers and huge SP pilot btw.).

I’d like to point out that for the vast majority of this discussion the PCU has stayed over 20k. I’m on record for being against a lot the changes recently. That said…the thread has not aged well and has become misleading.
The actual problem seems to be ‘misreading’, since you are talking PCU (peak) and the thread is about average users online.
But don’t feel too bad. You’re not the first.
For clarity, the real and actual problem here has and will continue to be CCP. Fret not though, for more attractions are planned in the theme park and the casual nerds will come for 1 hour before quiting this now even more terrible game that cant even retain loyal playerbase anymore due to scant regard and neglect of said playerbase over the last 4-5 years by CCP. Amen. Where are the exciting new skins? Surely some more are due / overdue for release now by the development team.
We need a skin line that makes the Dominix and Vexor look like a Thanksgiving turkey… or a pumpkin…/s
Tophats for Aurum from CCP would surely stop the decline. We need more Skins and Tophats - who cares about retaining loyal old players and keeping new ones - milking the cows udders until it can yield no more seems to be the grand vision now.

Not sure if it has been mentioned but has anyone made note of gaming competition? How gaming has change to a pew pew instant reward system? Or is it just all CCPs fault?
