Eve dont use enough RAM

Hi, since 2 days eve do use the normal amout of RAM. in average in the past it used between 600-800 MB RAM, now it use up to 400MB and it lags… Ressource cache is enabled. what can i do?

i have 32 GB RAM Core I7 HQ6700, GTX1070
