Is there a plan to ensure lvl 4 don’t take us to Starter/Career agent zones? Limiting the MTU from these zones makes us lose profit if we get locked into one of these zones for our missions. I usually run lvl 4 security from vittenyn.

All level 3 and 4 agents and missions should be moved to low sec.
That should solve your issue.
Time to balance the risk vs. reward problem with these missions.

I mean this also fits for 3 or 4s honestly either move the 3s and 4s to lvl .7 space or just make it so they dont use career agent or starter zones for mission locations.
No need for L3. But L4 … I may actually agree with it.
